These Terms govern your use of ComplianceMDs, a service of DevelopingRiches Inc. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
What we provide
ComplianceMDs provides automated accessibility scanning and monitoring of websites, measured against WCAG success criteria using the open-source axe-core testing engine, plus documentation of those scans over time.
What automated scanning can and cannot do
Important: Automated testing reliably detects many common accessibility barriers, but no automated tool can verify every accessibility requirement. A full accessibility evaluation also requires manual review by a qualified person. Our scans, scores, and reports describe what our automated tools observed at a point in time. They are not a determination of legal compliance with the ADA, WCAG, or any law or standard, and they are not legal advice. A score does not certify that a website is accessible or compliant.
Your responsibilities
You represent that you are authorized to request scans of the website(s) you submit. You agree not to use the service to scan sites you do not own or have permission to test, and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.
Payment and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval you select. Prices are as shown at purchase. You can cancel a subscription; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law.
No guarantee
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that scanning will find every issue, that your site will pass any audit, or that using our service will prevent any legal claim. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevelopingRiches Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
