When you request a free scan or contact us, we collect: the website URL you submit, your email address, and optionally your business name and phone number. We also record the date and time of your request and the IP address it came from, for security and abuse prevention.

When you use our scanning service, we collect and store the results of automated accessibility scans of the website(s) you provide — this is the core service you are requesting.

Automatically, like most websites, we may collect standard technical data (browser type, pages visited) to operate and improve the site.

How we use your information

• To perform the accessibility scan you requested and deliver your report.
• To contact you about your scan results and our services, if you have asked us to or are a customer.
• To provide ongoing monitoring and documentation to paying customers.
• To protect our service from abuse (rate limiting, security).

SMS/text messages

If you provide a phone number and check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive automated text messages from us. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our email delivery provider and our payment processor), and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We retain scan requests and results for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward. You may request deletion of your personal information by emailing support@compliancemds.com, and we will delete it unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

• You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email.
• You can opt out of texts by replying STOP.
• You can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing support@compliancemds.com.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
